Portside Pizza - North Manchester

We LVE Portside's pizza! Made to order, lots of toppings and cheese to please. Keep up the great pizza makin and bakin. ????????

Awesome food. Just need to be open longer. Especially on weekends.

When I got home and opened the boxes, I discovered that I had received the wrong pizza. One was correct, but the other was topped with chicken instead of ham. I called the restaurant to explain the issue to a young man on the phone, and all I received in return was a half-hearted apology and complete silence. I asked him what would happen next, and he turned to a coworker to say that I was "complaining" about not getting chicken. Yes, that’s right—just an unreasonable complaint from me. He offered to remake it, but that would take another 30 minutes. That means I had to wait over 80 minutes just for this pizza. If that sounds appealing to you, then I suggest trying Portside. EDIT: It took an additional 45 minutes, not 30. I ordered two pizzas at 4:49 PM and didn’t have both correct pizzas until 6:45 PM.

I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and had a fantastic experience. The pizza was excellent, and they really do load it up with toppings. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. I will definitely be returning!

I have always enjoyed Portside pizza! Good food and service!
