Pollo Tropical - North Miami Beach

Everything was amazing. Food was fresh! Service was great and the store manager did everything in her power to take care of me and my families needs.

I recently visited this location and ordered a Avocado Salad. I specifically told the cashier no tomatoes. They placed tomatoes in the order anyway. Also, the person who is supposed to call the receipt numbers and give people their orders, was not doing their job correctly. She started speaking Spanish, assuming that every customer understands. Whenever someone did not respond she would place the order aside. If I would 've stayed in line to receive my order, instead of confronting her, I would 've never received my order. The workers are slow, and this location often gets busy. I wouldn 't recommend coming here.
