Starbucks - North Miami Beach

The folks at this Starbucks are very accommodating. They take a minute to exchange pleasantries while processing your order! Stuffy customers put a damper on things but they rise to the challenge I love going there! Thanks ?

I don’t think they know how to make drinks! On top of it the bacon Gouda taste like dust!! I’ve been going to different Starbucks thus far this is the worst just gave them free money please don’t waste your money coming here, it’s not worth it!! I had stopped coming months ago thinking things have changed hmmm no more!!!

Girl at the window gave me a hot cup of coffee and didn’t cover the lid. Coffee went all over my clothes and BMW! TOTALLY NOT COOL!

Many times I come here and each and every time they always make the coffee the wrong way not to Starbucks standard. How hard is it to make a simple iced coffee? And why would they charge me for an iced latte for the iced coffee? All the employees need to get retrained the proper way so the drinks can come out how they should be served. Starbucks is not a name that should be tarnished and hopefully this store improves themselves.

What is happening with Starbucks? really the quality of the products and the service is terrible, two times ask for sugar on the coffee and both not added. Coffee taste like not Fresh or reused, and she tries to charge me extra for re-do it. Sincerely they are going down. It won’t be a third time.
