My husband and I have a Subway account that was hacked by someone at this Subway or it was a customer who went to this location. We live in Alabama, we tried to cancel the order and it wouldn't cancel. So we tried calling the store 5 times and there was NOanswer. My rating is for poor customer service.
Don?t even waste your time coming here they never have ingredients they always run out of tuna. It?s 3 o?clock in the afternoon and there?s no tuna. Bunch of lazy people work here. Ive come here on multiple occasions and its the same thing. Never haveTuna.
Will Never ever go to this subway. Just experienced a manager screaming at a customer. Unprofessional! Walked right out. If you don?t like your job then look for another job. stop complaining how overwhelmed you are in front of customers. Not professionalat all !!! Practice people skill and learn how to talk to your coworkers .
I placed an online order when I arrived there was a bit of a line which was to be expected. Natasha was amazing she was very nice, sweet and very fast. She seemed like a seasoned vet. I really hope she is either a manager trainer or supervisor if not Ihope you guys need to make that happen ASAP She was amazing. The sub was delicious and made to perfection.
