They blamed it on Valentine 's Day but as an establishment, you knew the day was coming and you also knew we were coming because we had reservations. There was no Host to seat us. As we finally got tired of waiting we decided to stop the first staff we could find for assistances. We were told we are slammed, find a seat if you can and maybe someone will come assist you. Just being honest, *shrugs* . We only decided to stay because we were waiting on our movie to start and were hungry. The drinks came out wrong, twice! The only reason for 2 stars is because the food was actually really good!
Showed up, no hostess at host stand and was told to seat ourselves. Had to wait to get attention from worker so waitress could be assigned to us...15 minutes in. She takes drink orders 10 minutes later drinks and she is a ghost for another 30.. Approaching over an hour and we decide to get up and leave to go to PF Changs. Dont waste your time. Before leaving I saw many other tables getting up to get waiters' attention.
Made a reservation to celebrate Valentine's Day with my fiancé we waited 10 min to get seated by some guy wearing a dirty wet glove waited another 10 for him to bring us menus... once our sever came to us she was wearing a purse so it was shocking she was our sever she wasn't wearing the uniform like everyone else. We waited 15 min just for our drinks and she brought my fiancé the wrong drink she never came back with his drink, we waited a total of 30 min with basically no server.. we were super frustrated, it put a damper on our Valentine's Day so we left to go see our movie earlier to get proper service.
The food was excellent! It’s hard to believe this place is part of a movie theatre! The manager, Yarden pays so much attention to detail. She made sure our drinks never saw their bottoms, including making us another round herself when the bartender was busy. And here were even better than his! Can’t wait to eat there again!
I’m a Gold Ipic member. I became a member at the Boca location back when they first opened. Just giving a little background since I am a loyal Ipic member of many years. Now, I will rate my most recent experience at the NMB location’s restaurant...This restaurant advertises that they are participating in miami spice, on their website and on their mobile app. They provide the date range they offer the special menu on both locations; however, there is no mention of special days of the week it is applicable. Since I had movie tickets to see; It, chapter two, on a Saturday night, I figured my group and I would take advantage of the menu since neither their website nor the mobile app state there are exclusions. I event checked the menu to see if they had the days of the week the menu was good for, but nothing. So we get to the restaurant and ask for the special menu, we were advised it is only mon-Friday. I proceeded to tell the manager that I checked their website, mobile app and menu and there was no mention of excluded dates. He said it’s not stated anywhere else other than the miami spice site refused to honor the menu even though I proved to him that we were unaware and argued the fact that it isn’t located anywhere on their sites. My small group of three were extremely disappointed and this is most certainly a bad look for Ipic, especially for a loyal member...
