Wendy's - North Miami Beach

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The food is always cold and stale, and the staff is incredibly rude. They don't even acknowledge you when you go through the drive-thru—not even a simple hello. I will never return to this place, and I strongly recommend that others steer clear of it as well.

While I'm a big fan of Wendy's burgers, this particular location has to be the worst I've ever experienced. I placed my order, but they got it wrong not once, but twice. I waited so long that I eventually decided to leave in frustration, even after I had already paid.

I consistently receive the wrong order. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, in places with much higher volume than this, I find it hard to understand how their level of service can be so lacking.

I ordered 4 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and 4 cm. Fries. The burgers were 1.99 and the Pommes were 1.29. How's this about 6:00? I did mathematics and it came 13.12. With VAT 13.91. The manager himself worked the drive thru and argued with me about the price! The price was clearly on the menu!!!! I'll never go to this unit again!

The food was good. Drive thru service was slower than it should have been.
