I ordered from Grubhub and it was the soggiest burrito I've ever experienced, and not in a good way. It was so mushy that even a knife couldn't cut through it; it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The flavor was terrible, almost like a weird mixture of slop. To make matters worse, it was burnt on both sides—how do you manage to burn a burrito and have it still be soggy?
The presentation didn’t match what I had seen in the reviews. The shrimp tacos were a disappointment; I could hardly find any shrimp, and they were tough. The hard shell was burnt as well. The burrito was mostly rice with very little meat, which doesn’t qualify as a burrito in my book. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and pleasant, and the service was quick. The prices were reasonable.
I want to thank this restaurant and uber eats for being my inspiration to cook Mexican food at home. Horrible experiences one after the other with so called Mexican restaurants in Miami. Really small portions leave you hungry and no taste no salsa no nothing. Is it that hard to find good Mexican chefs?
