Bay Watch Cafe - North Myrtle Beach

Terrible experience! We only made it to the spinach and artichoke dip before we noticed three other groups leave right after being seated. The hostess was incredibly sweet, though!

The food was excellent, and the waitress was incredibly friendly. The restaurant was also very clean.

We often stay at Bay Watch Resort, but we typically don't dine at the on-site restaurants. However, this time we decided to try the Bay Watch Cafe, and it was fantastic. My wife and I shared the fried seafood platter since we weren't very hungry, and it was a generous portion—plenty for us, even if we had been hungrier. The seafood had a beautiful, light breading (calabash style) and was delicious. Our kids, a 14-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter, shared the shrimp alfredo along with some mozzarella sticks. The shrimp alfredo was also tasty and more than enough for them to split. Our server was delightful, and the prices were comparable to other restaurants in the area, making it a convenient option for us.

You have counted a total of 8 cockroaches of all shapes and sizes, after only one day of guests, no one available when calling in need, one of the eyes on the stove does not work, the washing machine does not work at all.

Great place when day is long and you want to stay in and not drive the strip
