Captain Jack's Seafood Buffet

I went to the seafood buffet and it was amazing! The food was so tasty, especially the shrimp and crab legs. I loved how fresh everything was. The service was great too, very friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back for more seafood goodness!

The food is okay, nothing was super amazing. Crab legs were great and most of the fish and fried items were pretty good. Tuna and scallops were overcooked. My daughter didn't like the mac and cheese, she said it tasted funny. Some of the desserts had a funny aftertaste, I wonder if they were sugar free and just not listed as such. Overall, decent place but too expensive for what you get (or rather what you don't get).Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and have to eat gluten free and they had lots of options for me to choose from. I really liked the flan.

It was awesome experience ! Service was on point and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Im definitely going back there with my family next time

BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!We went through the reviews before coming here and of course the “good” reviews that the employees had to of written are the only reviews you can see at first glance but those good reviews are the furthest from the truth!!Please do yourself and your family a favor and NEVER come here.When we got here the parking lot was completely empty and we figured it was because they just opened- it wasn’t. We also drove by at 6:15 and the parking lot was still completely empty.Upon first walking in, you get a strong fishy/musty smell but it was advertised as “cheaper” than all the other buffets around with a decent coupon so we decided to try it out.The food was completely disgusting I gave everything a try so I didn’t have to go home hungry after not eating all day and I ended up settling with just the mac cheese because it’s the only thing I could put in my mouth without feeling like I was gonna puke instantly.We asked for our check and was shocked to see $140 for 2 adults and a 5 year old. 18% GRATUITY ADDED. Last time I checked, at a buffet, you get your own food!!We were told there would be a service charge but wasn’t told it would be 18%.They told us it was our job to ask how much it would be and were extremely rude about it, including telling us if it was an issue that they were hiring (basically calling us broke) and acted like their food was gold when multiple other people in the restaurant were also talking about how terrible the food was and there was even puke in the parking lot so I know it wasn’t just our taste buds.We’re not broke Captain Jack $s, we just weren’t okay with paying $140 for trash food and terrible customer service.SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND GO TO CRABBY MIKES. They have the BEST buffet we have ever had and we HAPPILY pay $120 (tip included) for us 3 to eat AMAZING food and have perfect service.I’m sorry I even had to give this dump 1 star.

Got there at opening. Everything fresh, only thing I can complain about is no thousand island dressing. Lol. I can deal with that. I did get my crableg fix though. Very good. Service was great. Thank you.
