Contribuisci feedbackI usually visit this restaurant for lunch and everything is usually fresh and tasty. This time I came for dinner and asked for everything to be fresh, good, and hot. The waffle fries were fresh and hot, but the nuggets were hard and cold. When I requested separate bags, I was told they couldn't do that and gave me two bags to separate the food myself. I have never encountered this issue before.
I had another wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A. The breakfast line was just as quick as during other times of the day. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as I requested. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing service from this location! The staff is excellent. Came through the drivethrough with my husband and son, the young girl named Emma working the drive through was very kind and polite. She explained practically the whole menu to me and myclueless husband and was able to answer all of our tedious questions. The food was amazing, super long line but we got throughit very quickly.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They mistakenly handed my food and drink to the car in front of me, and it was then returned to me after being in their car. When I asked for new food, they simply re-bagged it and gave me the same drink as well. I found it to be unsanitary and overall very pathetic. I ended up throwing everything out except for the sandwich. I suspect that the fries I received were potentially touched by the previous car. I am disgusted by this experience and plan to contact the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) about it.
I just love Chick-fil-a! The food and customer service are great.. but,, I was a bit disappointed with my sandwich ???? today. The chicken was dry and the French fries ???? were cold. Just an off day I suppose. And I will continue to go there! Yum.
