I had the worst service I've ever encountered at this restaurant. One of the staff members, "Issac," seemed more focused on using his past health issues to get better tips than on providing good service. Additionally, the restaurant is not keeping up with modern technology. Considering it's located at the beach, not many customers are going to walk around with their debit cards. It might be a good idea to remind your bartenders that they should prioritize the customers they're serving and engage with them a bit more, rather than using their personal stories for a financial gain. Perhaps you should also rethink your location, as it’s in a tourist-heavy area.

We had an excellent waitress on Friday afternoon, but during the rest of our visits, my friends and I encountered staff members who seemed unhappy, unfriendly, and rude. A little patience, a smile, and some kindness would go a long way. It might be time for a staff overhaul!

Time to clean house on 95% of your staff. Seriously, the waitresses are hateful, rude, and killing a hot spot place that could be much more successful. I have heard all weekend the same opinions.

Will never give this place my business again! We were excited to have this little place next to our condo for the week. We went here our first night to have an appetizer and a few drinks. Food was decent, service was ok. Never have I been to a restaurant that refused to separate the check.

We stayed across the street from Flip Flops Bar and Grill, and it seemed to be a popular spot for locals, with a few travelers sprinkled in. One afternoon, we decided to dine there. I ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings, and I have to say, it was fantastic. The hamburger meat was fresh and incredibly tasty. I definitely recommend this place!
