Hungry Howie's Pizza

I'm a local and ordered Hungry Howies several times. Last night we ordered a thin pepperoni and a chicken bacon pizza. The chicken pizza was delicious. The pepperoni was terrible. The sauce was so strong. I've never had this problem before. My friend said it tasted best like cook boyardee Not sure what happened

The Howie's that was near my house in Ohio closed a few years ago, so while I was at the beach, I decided to stop in and order a medium pepperoni pizza. The pizza was good, though the crust was a bit bland. I wish I had opted for a spiced crust instead. The prices were comparable to other places. However, they don't accept $100 bills, which was inconvenient since I had only large bills.

The first time Hungry Howie's and glad we made it! Good value of great taste. I love the pepper chocolate duo of the bacon-Cheddar pizzas... even my 2 years old said it was delicious. Simple online ordering and delivery to our hotel room was less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!

I waited 15 minutes to pick up my order, only to find out it had been lost. They apologized and said they were short-staffed, but that felt like a poor excuse. They could have offered me a free pizza as a gesture instead of just providing a weak excuse. It seems they don't understand customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but the best businesses know how to turn a mistake into an unforgettable recovery.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The pizza was quite bad—definitely the soggiest I've ever had. There was way too much tomato sauce, which overwhelmed the flavors of the cheese and toppings. I also tried the Asian chicken wings, but they were undercooked and tasted like a weird mix of barbecue and buffalo sauce. It's frustrating, especially since this is the only place that delivers to our hotel.
