Short woman was very rude and you could hear them shouting out the back. Some man who appeared to be friends with them messing around outside. This isn't what i like to see when eating out. HUGE let down girls. They need to be more polite and have a better manner and not shout so much!!!
I visited Jules Kitchen (with a friend) on Saturday afternoon (February 15th), in between two visits to Urban Clay (also on Red Lion Street, Aylsham), I enjoyed two Sausages and Chips, my friend enjoyed Jacket Potato, Cheese and Beans, with Salad, me and my friend, also enjoyed a cup of Tea, each, my friend (a Dog lover), was very happy, when three customers, came into Jules Kitchen, with a Dog, my friend made a fuss of the Dog, I also gave the Dog, three small pieces of Sausage, I enjoyed reading some of the quotes, which were hanging on the walls, in Jules Kitchen, the staff were very friendly, Saturday, was my second visit (with the same friend) to Jules Kitchen, I will definitely visit Jules Kitchen, again, in the future.
Went in with my wife and children during the week. First of all wasn't greeted at the door so wasn't sure if we had to choose our seats or what. 2 minuets laters this youngish lady i would say arrived. Which i believe was Chelsey from what i could make out by the name shouting out the back. We ordered our food and paid and it arrived warm... not hot!!! I wasn't pleased with how my children got treated to be honest as i felt they didn't get lot of food and had it on some child plate. They always like to be treated no different. Overall i would no be coming back because i felt this could have been sorted if they had asked in the first place how i wanted it.
I went into this place thinking it was good value for money. It seems they have put the prices up since I last went in. I wasn’t greeted when I first got into the restaurant. Not sure what her name was. Short lady in mid 20’s maybe? come through with the attitude like she didn’t want to be at work. The food finally arrived and got to be honest it was nice and really enjoyed my meal. Just felt the service wasn't as good as the food. The price I paid for my breakfast I thought was over priced. Would I return? Yes I would only if I was asked by friends not on my own though.
My husband and I discovered Jules Kitchen yesterday and had a great cup of tea for just £1.20. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they also allow dogs inside. The food looked delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was interesting and we definitely plan on returning. We give it five stars, although we must mention that we did not try the food this time as we had already eaten a large lunch at home. We will definitely try it on our next visit! - Mick, Carol, and "Gladys" the cockapoo.
