Contribuisci feedbackFood doesn 't taste very good. With the $10 a plate, I get a better quality meal from first watch . The bacon was chewy, although it was well cooked.Service was good. the new staff was in the middle of training, yet he was very good and attentive to the customers. The place was okay. Need a deep clean though.
This place is a joke. Says it open 24hours Friday into Sunday and that is rarely the case. In fact, dennys is to cheap to pay the additional $25 per shift to keep the staff they have. That's all the current staff wants to keep the restaurant open 24 hrs. They are losing more money than the staff asks to keep open 24 hrs.
Good food, but they'll seat you before you realize if there is sufficient staffing. They turned us away once when the only server walked off due to too many tables waiting.
Me and my kids have not been to Denny's in years due to going to the only one near our area on West 150th. Unfortunately that place has gone downhill today me and my son was craving some Denny's and came across North Olmsted location. Our server was amazing and the food was overwhelming what the amount they serve you but in a good way food was delicious we will be back to visit again
People never complement the managementGeneral Manager “Amanda” always goes out of her way to help her employees. She is always helping the cooks when he has a lot to cook, She even goes in to help with the dishwasher even The services without askingWe need more Amanda’s as manager working in our restaurants. My wife is ADHD and it’s very hard for her to stay focused. Amanda always makes sure she stays focused and does her work, not a lot of managers care anymore.De’Adrea
