It is the Indian half of the Inchin Bamboo Garden and offers a midday buffet all week, but the weekend buffet is even better with more options, a salad station, and a live dosa counter. The prices are higher on weekends, but it is worth it. I visited last November during their Diwali celebration, and it was spectacular! The cost was $20 per person due to the holiday, but absolutely worth it. While online reviews for Tadka may not be the highest, I have always had excellent service and fantastic food every time I have been there. I have tried other buffets, but none compare to Tadka. I have not been since becoming vegan, so I am not sure about the options for non-vegetarians, but I can say that they have the best naan.
I started my meal with the lettuce wraps as an appetizer, and they were delicious in flavor and texture. They had a nice kick to them. For my main course, I chose the noodles, which were tender and full of flavor. They were served with a choice of sauce and some extra toppings. The service was top-notch and the overall dining experience was wonderful!

Despite some mediocre online reviews, in all the years I've been going there, I have always received excellent service and fantastic food. I haven't been since becoming vegan, so I'm not sure how much will change on my plate besides no paneer and possibly no naan (they have the best naan).
I ordered the Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer. They were excellent in taste and texture. They were also spicy. My entree was the Vegetable Coins (rice included). The coins themselves were soft and savory. They were mixed in with a sauce of choice, and a few veggies. Service was good and food was great too!
We had a lunch buffet here! They did not have several food options and the food quality was also not on the brand! Although the chola bhatura and chili chicken were good! No shrimps or goat preparations! This place was once great for buffet in front of pandemic! And they used to have a live dosa counter!
