Papa Johns Pizza - North Olmsted

Pizza is good. the prices are low, but I go when I can use promo. Usually 25-off code works so well with me. it is a good pizza

Service was excellent but Pizza was not okay. I ordered the new Large Stuffed Crust Pizza online for my family and I and I don't know if it was the dough, crust, salsa, pepperoni or cheese but it tasted so bad. Maybe it was uncooked or the dough that they used was too old but the whole Pizza itself even the some of the crust with the cheese inside were awful. I don't know if I would recommend anyone to buy here. Maybe it's just the location because Papa's Johns used to be so good before. This is my personal opinion. I would not recommend it.

Wow wow wow, no one is wearing gloves at this location. Im surprised they are still opened. I mean seriously their cashier touches money and then prepares the pizza..... WHAT THE HECK?!!! Very unclean. Avoid if you care about cleanliness.

So tried ordering on line and it told me my bank card was not valid. So went to store and paid there. Checked my bank account and they charged me 4 extra times. Now that is 134$ in pizza. Call they say call tech support and it does not work. Called the store back manger says there is nothing they can do. Asked if I could get the pizza I paid for and he told me my money would be back on in 5 to 7 days. Dont order from on li e

Was treated quite rudely by male employee who really acted like I was bothering him by asking a question about any available specials for the night. I advised him that I?d go elsewhere and that?s exactly what I did. This is a challenging time for Pa Pa Johns Pizza. I have a hard time believing that treating customers this way is such a good idea. Willing to give Pa Pa Johns another shot, but not this particular store.
