Papa Johns Pizza - North Olmsted

We ordered the Epic Pepperoni Filled Crust Pizza and added extra cheese. However, when we received the pizza, there was no pepperoni at all. I called the location, and the person who answered clearly lacked customer service training. He claimed to be the manager and was very unprofessional and rude. He stated that we should have specified the toppings for pepperoni, which felt like false advertising. The customer service was terrible; he didn’t even offer to correct the order. I definitely won’t choose Papa John’s again. It’s much better to order from pricier places like Angelo’s in Lakewood, where the customer service is far superior and the additional cost is worth it!

I requested to have my order ready by 11 o'clock, but encountered some issues. The staff told me it was fine for delivery, and my total was $35. They stated it would take an hour to arrive. After an hour, I checked my bank account and noticed that the money had been refunded. I tried to get in touch with them, but they weren't responsive, which is frustrating.

Pizza is good. the prices are low, but I go when I can use promo. Usually 25-off code works so well with me. it is a good pizza

Service was excellent but Pizza was not okay. I ordered the new Large Stuffed Crust Pizza online for my family and I and I don't know if it was the dough, crust, salsa, pepperoni or cheese but it tasted so bad. Maybe it was uncooked or the dough that they used was too old but the whole Pizza itself even the some of the crust with the cheese inside were awful. I don't know if I would recommend anyone to buy here. Maybe it's just the location because Papa's Johns used to be so good before. This is my personal opinion. I would not recommend it.
