Romano's Macaroni Grill North Olmsted

The food was excellent, the service was very attentive, and we enjoyed our visit.

The server did not take notes on our order, resulting in two of our meals being incorrect. They also forgot our salads. To make matters worse, the server spilled a coke on my daughter and didn’t offer a napkin. Out of the four meals we ordered, two arrived cold. Throughout our meal, the server never checked in on us or offered any drink refills.

We had a wonderful evening as a family. The food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. Our waiter, who had been at the restaurant for over 20 years, clearly had a passion for the place. We started with several appetizers, and then our entrees arrived. There was a lot of food, but I felt some of the dishes were a bit too rich. I would suggest lighter portion sizes and less butter. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Make sure you have a sweater to put on. The restaurant was extremely cold. Our waitress, Erin was very good. She was attentive, efficient, and answered our questions
