I use to like to go this location with my kids. For last two times food was terrible and I haven’t even got to eat with my family because my food took forever. This place need huge improvement in the kitchen. I feel sorry because we are local and servers are super nice but this was our last visit.

I usually go in the morning for their senior breakfast. I love their senior breakfast. You can't beat the price and it's just enough food for me. I've had no problems with customer service. I usually go early so I'm seated right away and I get my food within 5-10 minutes. ?????

This IHOP, is horrible. Our servicer (Elsa) was awful. Having to wait over 30 minutes for our food, then it was cold and horrible. The owner of this establishment needs to take charge of the issues at this location. Very disappointed needs to improve drastically.

I go to that IHOP when I'm in the need for good old-fashioned steak and eggbreakfast.
