Burger King - North Patchogue

Very nice staff, food gets out quickly but my last trip there, maybe they were too quick. My fries were a little soft and the cheese on my burgers was not melted. Wide variety of items on the menu and inexpensive.

Waiting in the parking lot for 12 minutes! Don't know if they forgot about me but had to go inside to remind them I was waiting. Won't be doing that again. If I return I will stay at the window until I get my food. No more parking and waiting at this location. You burned that bridge.

I struggle to understand how this store stays in business. It's no wonder there is never a car in the drive thru.

HORRIBLE i ordered doordash from here, STILL WAITING and called the store twice, the dasher said my order was taken, both calls i made to the store went to VOICEMAIL. how do you have a fast food restaurant that after 3 rings, the call goes to voicemail? absolutely ridiculous.

I frequent this Burger King, the employees are very nice and friendly. However, like some of the other reviews mention, the manager is very rude.
