Dave's Place Lounge - North Platte

One of my favorite places in North Platte. They have the best wings in town- recommend the Buffalo (medium) or Reaper wings. My kids love the calzones. Friendly staff and they support our local kids.

The food is perfect. The chicken strips were tender and hot w a lovely crisp layer of batter. The poppers were pop perfect and gooing with cheddar. The calimari again just right with the righteous length and thickness. And the loaded tots were a big win.The beer and soda was a little flat. I gotta say. But the bartender/ server Jess really made the whole experience. The goldenticket for the night. 7 or 8 tvs playing multiple games and lots of old skull arcade games to throw money at. Naturally I gotthe high score on Mrs. Pacman. Even thou it had been like 8yrs minimum since I played. And we are still here playing bollardspool for a buck a game. Thanks Nebraska for showing the Cali folks you can hang just like us.. only thing I can say in aimprovement fashion is. One of the waitresses maybe even the owner could use a moral boost. Then maybe there would be morepatrons to fill the house. And you could try budging on the substitutes maybe a little. You ended up spending more because wehad to alter what we wanted to fit your menu. Think about it the customer is always right. And if you believe in that your cashresister will always be full.

Had cocktails appetizers with friends! great place to remember with friends. we could tell stories without a lot of background noise. the staff is great! drinks eating were great!

We order the sweet thai chili and the parmesan garlic wing and the jalapeno poppers. they are never disappointed.
