Pop Corner - North Platte

I usually do not write reviews for places, however this is the simplest option for voicing my concern. I came in with my boyfriend for lunch today and ordered a lunch sampler with a turkey bacon swiss. I specified that I only wanted the meat andcheese due to an allergy issue. The lady behind the counter was somewhat rude, but I chalked it up to a bad day and movedon. When the food was brought out, the sandwich looked incorrect so I asked the server if it was the right sandwich. She wasvery gracious and kind and took the sandwich back to the kitchen. When she returned, the sandwich was again wrong and stillcontained ingredients I am allergic to. I didn't want to be a crazy rude Karen, so I ended up just throwing the sandwich awayinstead of asking for a new one again. I work in food service, and understand how stressful it can be.... This place is usuallyamazing, but this has happened the last two times I have came here. I'm not complaining to get free stuff or what have you, Iwould just be careful if you have food allergies because it seems to slip through the cracks.

Staff is always friendly and the food is just as amazing as the many popcorn flavors offered! The passion fruit tea is a must try and the B. .T.S. is my favorite sandwich of theirs, great atmosphere!

Love this place! Has wonderful popcorn! But, they also have amazing sandwiches, soups, salads and for dessert some homemade cookies, brownies or cinnamon rolls! Dine in or carryout!

The popcorn products are super delicious and I love that there are several options of flavors as well as forms of popcorns. Whether its a bag, a whole cake, a ball it doesn't matter it's all yummy. I love the Cookies N' Cream popcorn cake.. I may haveate one too many of those :

I thought this was just a wonderful place to get popcorn however, it is a great place for lunch. I see why so many locals come there. Loved the salad I ordered, and the peach tea was great! Highly recommend supporting this local business.
