There is a complete lack of freshness at this place. They aren’t even located in Oregon; they’re simply chosen because they’re one of the cheapest options for wildfire firefighters. The fact that they promote their food as "fresh" is misleading and could warrant a report to the Better Business Bureau. The only items that aren’t heavily processed are the vegetables and fruit, which are often either moldy or overripe to the point of being inedible. In comparison, the meals served to jail crews in California are far superior, providing lunches that sustain you after a long day of hiking, working, and digging. If I could, I would give them -5 stars.
Dining at this restaurant was not a pleasant experience. Just take a look at this sausage—does it even look fresh, like it's just a day old? I can't tell if it's cooked or steamed. The eggs are equally disappointing, resembling poorly peeled hard-boiled eggs.
They put the yogurt next to the cheese when we had chorizo for breakfast, very misleading I yogurt on my chorizo thought it was sour cream. Eating is pretty good.
Delicious! Healthy foods served uniquely. Seriously pleasant staff ready to please. But the food, yep, it's to die for. Donna Day, Servant of God
