Papa Johns Pizza - North Port

We enjoyed the Papa Bowls, but I was frustrated that the driver's tip wasn't included in the bill. This was my first time ordering, so I’ll make sure to check that in the future. My apologies, sir.

Terrible management and customer service. I ordered a pepperoni pizza but received just a plain cheese pizza instead. When I spoke to the manager, he told me I would need to contact the franchise owner because he couldn’t resolve the issue by providing a refund or sending the correct pizza. I will never order from them again!

I ordered two gluten-free pizzas and one extra-large pizza. However, I only received one gluten-free pizza and the correct extra-large. The other gluten-free pizza was actually a regular one. I was supposedly called to confirm the order, but I never received that call. The staff lied about it. Fortunately, I caught the mistake in time, or my friend’s child could have ended up in the ER. The management didn’t seem concerned at all. If you have a gluten allergy, I advise you to avoid this place—they don’t take it seriously.

This location has terrible customer service. They did not make our pizza correctly and there was no garlic sauce so I tried to call to ask for a new pizza. He asked me to hold and then never picked back up. I stayed on hold while we drove all the way backto the restaurant and walked in while I was still on the phone to see them standing there and no one was on the line. Weexplained what was wrong and he didn?t offer to fix it, but instead looked annoyed. I then had to clearly ask for a new pizza.We had ordered a stuffed crust and he asked us ?Does it have to be stuffed crust??. We said yes, but that?s because it?s what wepaid for. Who would ask if it has to be what you ordered? It was very rude and disappointing as this was our first and nowlikely last time coming to this location.

Almost 2 hours for pizza to be done (not usually a problem, I get it, it?s a Friday) but when I went to pick it up the staff were extremely rude and unapologetic. Pizza was ok, BBQ chicken wasn?t what I expected. Should really work on the customerservice for sure!
