Starbucks - North Port

My dog and I are big fans of Starbucks, but we have a couple of reservations. First, we won’t be adding tips just because we’re encouraged to do so; Starbucks has the resources to pay their employees a living wage. Second, we're reducing our visits by making our own espresso, iced lattes, and coffee at home. A double shot iced latte costs just over $1.25 to make ourselves, compared to around $6 with tip included at Starbucks.

When I finally reached the drive-thru window after pleading and yelling for them to move along, the barista with short, choppy green hair began making excuses for the lengthy wait. It was a very frustrating experience, leaving me feeling quite distressed. I have reported this incident to both the district and regional managers, and I am considering filing a lawsuit for this undue treatment. No one should be held captive in a drive-thru, regardless of the circumstances.

Good service, but they ALWAYS undercook the grilled cheese. I've been to this location numerous times, always get the same thing, and never once has their grilled cheese been cooked all the way through. Everything else is fine though.

Starbucks is always good when there’s nothing better

The worst Starbucks ever. So mismanaged. They never get any order right. No excuse. Will never go back again. Frustrating as hell.
