Wendy's - North Port

Whoever worked the window at 320, is a rude po. not only for us, but overheard the same dame on microphone extremely rude to the vehicle in front of us. absolutely not. management is called and names are drawn. not even a star should be applicable. *update: the older blonde wut dame others described, their name is missy. she was an rude for most people. I would get rid of them like the plague wendys. eliminate the root of their personal and customer service problems. kills two birds with a stone. *so added jalapenos and was accused for them with no one on the burger.

Older blonde lady at the window is all flustered because it’s a bit busy that she just ignores ya at the window when ya ask for a straw, a spoon, and your sauce. Eventually she just yells at a young employee to get us the stuff (after ignoring us for 3 minutes as we ask) super nasty to the young girl working there. That must be a nightmare to work with a train wreck coworker like that. Probably why the sign says “short staffed” get rid of that lady and more people will probably stick around. Old blonde raggedy looking lady not in the best shape (don’t know her name so I figured I’d describe her).

The food/service at this place is abysmal. Not normally a fast food guy but went through the drive through just now and ordered a bacon chicken sandwich. It tasted like it was made hours ago. Cold, dry bun...couldn't choke it down. On top of that, it took 20 minutes to get my order even though there were only two cars ahead of me. Called to complain but of course nobody answered, even after several attempts. And at the risk of piling on, it looks like several bombs were detonated on the drive in...potholes that would blow out a tire if you hit them. This place is a stain on the city of North Port. Do not go there. It's a dump!!!

Sooooooooooooo sloooooooooow. Very disappointing. We hardly come here anymore, they just don't seem to hire enough people. Being in a drive thru 30 minutes, EVERY TIME, is uncalled for. But no apologies nor corrections are given. Food is good, IF you have time to sit at this FAST food restaurant. ??

Very bad service 30-45 minutes to get food thenThey get your order wrong and when we advise that our order was wrong they ask us to go back in drive threw line again . Crazy that means another 30-45 minutes before we get our order . We asked for a refund and the manager said I need to go back in line for refund that is outrageous. I understand that they are under staff but they should of just redo our order or give us back our money not make us go back in line . Very disappointed with service at the NP Wendy’s
