Dunkin' - North Providence

There is a young lady named Shaynalyz who works at the restaurant. She is very polite and has a beautiful smile. My order is always prepared quickly and the food tastes delicious, especially the coffee she makes.

The staff is much friendlier than before the pandemic. It must be due to the higher wage rate. There is a lot more to enjoy. The coffee is still excellent!

I ordered a coffee at the restaurant. It seemed like a simple enough task, but the car in front of me decided to have a lengthy chat with the cashier, causing me to wait for 10 minutes. I was frustrated and ready to leave the line. Finally, I reached the window, handed the girl my money, but she accidentally dropped my change on the floor. I was disappointed by the service and wondered who hired these people. To top it off, the coffee was cold and the cashier was rude. Overall, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was unpleasant and I am not a fan of their customer service.
