Quesadilla Mexican Grill

I visited Bajas for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly patient as we explored the menu, answering all our questions. I was really impressed by how clean the restaurant was—the counters were spotless, and there were no signs of cross-contamination like you often see at places like Chipotle, where ingredients can get mixed together. The food was fantastic and well-packaged for the journey home. Everything we tried was delicious. I highly recommend Bajas and will definitely be coming back!

The food is quite enjoyable. My favorite dish is the burrito bowl with shrimp and chicken chips. The shrimp is well-seasoned, although there are times when there are more paprika and onions than shrimp. However, since I choose two protein options, it doesn't bother me much.

The service was friendly and efficient. The proteins were decent, but everything else was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. You'll definitely be able to load your plate with all your favorites!

Great cheap Mexican eats in the neighborhood of just $10. The option for shrimp is beautiful.

I can't say no to a burritto and Bajas delivers on good food. Plenty of choices of meat. Whay more could you want? Soda that's not your average soda? Yup. Appetizers? You bet!
