Papa Gino's - North Reading

Was recently there with friends - but I was not satisfied with the service. we had ordered buffalo chicken fingers and pommes and a large cheese pizza. we sat down and a few minutes later the first came without the pizza so we waited and waited for almost 40 minutes and finally it came. but while we waited, the employees made other people eat, who came after us and then online orders almost forget about us. So I was not at all happy about the waiting period.

Store manager is awesome place is great came with my mom and daughter for a quick bite and loved it wasnt a fan of papa ginos and this place changed that stop in if your in the area

The staff at this location is wonderful always get great service they know me by my first name

What a horrible experience. Order thru Uber Eats…order wrong. Called and they are closed. Had to call “catering” and the “assistant manager” kept saying “we’re closed, we’re closed”. Then blamed Uber Eats…then said she’d have them deliver the missed stuff…THEN the driver got on the phone and said he would NOT deliver it…then he hangs up on me. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL group of buffoons. Obviously ownership is terribly weak having these idiots running the store. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE…TOTAL IDIOCY.

My families have come here for months as a weekend deal. we have tried a few rigs, but this is the best of the best, and the drive of medford worth. I have experienced the first hand how any man walking through this door is treated as family. great smile, warm welcome and a real care for what they do. eating was never a little less than fantastic. I could not recommend this place anymore!
