Chipotle Mexican Grill

The consistency of great quality ingredients, portion size, and speed of service has me always coming back! By far my favorite “fast food” healthy and filling destination for me and my friends. I usually don’t review chain food places but this is definitely the exception. Chipotle has nailed it.

Pull up at 9 pm , store hours or 10:45 am to 10 pm and the girls are putting up food and trying to close at 9pm! If I was the owner I would fire all of them!! 5 people walked after they got all the food back out!!! This is unacceptable !!

2 hours before closing they put all the food in plastic so the don't have to wash dishes. Then the put all the utensils on the counter in pile for people to pick through so they can clean. They shut down half the tables so everyone has to eat right next to each other, but the don't clean the tables they leave open so you have to wipe down crumbs and stuff from whoever just sat there. They also took away the trash cans? I understand trying to clean, but 2 hours before closing when there is a huge line all the way to the door ain't it. They are trying to clean the line so they leave all the food on the counter, not on the line with the warmers. They just walk around the kitchen holding your burrito and asking you from the other side of the kitchen what you want on your burrito.

I get you get busy but geez plus a lot of the tables were dirty as well!! Not much left to seat to eat.

They need new management. Constantly out of stuff and inconsistent standards between staff members. Some team members are friendly and some are just straight up rude.
