Mcalister's Deli - North Richland Hills

I've been a gig delivery driver picking up orders at this restaurant for years. Great staff, great service. Unfortunately today that was not the case. Before I left the store it seemed that something was missing inside the customer's bag. I had inquired about it to an employee, unfortunately I do not know her name, and instead of being professional about it and simply recheck it she had to be smart and give me attitude about it. If I was the customer rather than the driver in that instance and I experienced that I would have reported her to the store right then and there for unnecessary and unprofessional behavior.

Good fresh ingredients make this a great place to get a sandwich! I do notice the staff seems to be happy and are very nice.

The entire staff is fantastic! I frequently place last-minute catering orders (not on purpose), and they consistently accommodate my requests with exceptional service. They provide quick and friendly service, always ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction. Sam, Christian, Nathan, and Torie are truly awesome!

It was okay. Nothing to write home about. I was dismayed to discover my online order was, without my knowledge or consent, charged a gratuity that was added to my tab. Which is odd as there was no service of any sort rendered. I was literally pointed to a shelf of prepared orders.

Burnt bacon on my blt. More like bacon crumbs than actual piece of bacon. Luckily i was still there so i exchanged, slowest service ive ever seen at any mcallister. Only good thing is they remake my blt. I ordered extra bacon but just look like regular. My side is fruitcup ended up to be mac n cheese. No pickles either. Wont come back. I will spend my 15$ lunch else where next time.
