Contribuisci feedbackWe were seated in a back room and mostly forgotten about. The room was warm. We got our appetizer fast enough but had to wait forever for the bread that was “late because they were baking fresh ones” but obviously were not fresh when they arrived. We got our food late and it was cold. Then it took 20 minutes to check out. Probably won’t be back to this location.
Erased our place in line when we got to the restaurant which caused an additional 15-20 min wait. Food was really bad, worst I’ve ever had at a Red Lobster. Service wasn’t much better as it took us almost 55 mins to get our meals from when we sat down. I don’t know if it was this Ted Lobster or the way the chain is heading in general but definitely will not go this particular location again.
The check in desk was a nightmare. Not organized at all and definitely didn't help to up open table as a call ahead type seating arrangement. Customers that came in the same time as us that didn't have any advance request were seated before us....also, a party of two. Desk clerk said... oh, sorry about that. Not professional at all and will probably not return.
Best service! Waitstaff kind, food was hot and very tasty! Wait staff all worked together to run food and was a great overall experience! They have stepped up their game!
My wife and I enjoyed our time there for our lunch date.
