Starbucks - North Richland Hills

I absolutely love this location! Having worked as a barista for six years, including three years at Starbucks, I know how rare it is to find a Starbucks where the management emphasizes the importance of timing for espresso shots. I come here many mornings during the week, and they’ve consistently delivered perfect shots, even while juggling a busy drive-thru and the café. The taste is always spot on! The staff is fantastic—always friendly and has a great dynamic with one another.

This restaurant usually does a great job, but today they missed a key component of my drink. My caramel macchiato is supposed to come with a caramel drizzle, but they completely omitted it. The pictures I provided clearly show that there’s no caramel drizzle at all. Normally, it settles at the bottom of the cup, so you can’t even see it there. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn’t check until after I had left. Additionally, my drink was supposed to be ready by 9:43, but it wasn't completed until 9:53, leaving me no time to wait longer. Given that I paid over $6 for the drink, I would expect it to be correct, even during busy times.

If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich in the morning, this is the place to go. The service is fast and efficient, and the staff is outstanding, always ready to cater to your coffee preferences.

Love the coffee. I ordered drive thru and they were so polite. The chocolate crossont (i cant spell lol) was so delicious
