Wendy's - North Richland Hills

I had a fantastic experience at this fast food restaurant! It was the first time I ever received a delicious lettuce wedge burger, and I'm so grateful to the staff for their amazing service that day. As someone who doesn't eat out often and spends long hours on the road, I really appreciated that my unusual request was met with understanding rather than judgment. I’ve noticed improvements with the staff at this restaurant, especially from Leah. She has exceptional customer service skills and handled a mix-up with my order very politely, ensuring that two missing items were added. I'm really glad to see her on the team and hope this location continues to enhance its service. In my opinion, having a great staff is the best way to start!

I decided to drop by this Wendy's for dinner after not visiting for several years due to a few disappointing experiences. To my surprise, the service and food were excellent. I’ve returned several times since, and each visit has been fantastic. I'm really happy to see such a positive turnaround!

I often order the $5 biggie bag for everyone in my group. Typically, I spend $30 or less for five people and we still have leftovers! Food rating: 5/5.
