Whataburger - North Richland Hills

The service at this location is awesome. But, personally, the food is just okay compared to other locations. Often the sodas don't taste very good. Fries are rarely salted. The chicken and burgers are just okay. They always get our order right.

I got a sausage Biscuit meal. It did take quite a while to get my food. The staff was nice. Food tasted good, but for some reason made me sick the next day.

Went to this Whataburger I didn?t hear the lady so when I was ready I asked if she was ready a older lady she says ?I just said welcome to Whataburger order when ur ready in a very rude tone no reason at all then the fries are halfway filled up

I moved back to NRH after living in other towns for a few years last September. I live right off rufe snow and was super stoked to have all these good fast food places near me especially Whataburger as they?ve never let me down. The first time we camehere, my boyfriends burger was cold. He asked for grilled jalapeños and that was the only thing that seemed hot. We tried itagain hoping maybe it was a fluke again our burgers were poorly made fries were cold. Started driving the extra minutes tothe location off Davis Blvd absolutely love it. Our food is always hot warm. Just this morning after getting off a 10 hourshift, I stopped for a HBCB meal as it was conveniently right here got one for my boyfriend as well. Only received one smalldrink which is not a big issue. What really irks me is getting home and opening the package to find a poorly thrown togetherbiscuit which at 4am should have been made right then. Not only did whoever making them put together the bottom biscuits/topbiscuits on both meals there was hardly any sauce. Which with a HBCB you can expect it to be messy. I would like to say I?d giveit another shot but honestly your better off going to the one on Davis Blvd, Beach Street or even the one on 377.

This is the worst whataburger out there i think. It's right by my house so if ive got a craving im forced to go here. Ordered on line. Should be ready in 10 minutes. Got there 10 minutes after ordering. Waited another 10 minutes for the food. Which makes nosense cuz there was almost no one three And if it took that extra time, why are the fries and onion rings cold? Also do you everchange your frier oil? I've never seen fries or rings come out this color anywhere before. Disgusting. Then for the burger.Bacon burger with no tomatoes, add Jalapeños and mayo. But it came with no mayo. A couple tomatoes. And maybe a slice of bacon.With all the ingredients crammed into the middle. I hate this place. Maybe the one on 377 is better. Guess I'll find out nexttime i want whataburger. I'm done with this location.
