Pizza Hut - North Ridgeville

The voucher I had wasn't in the system yet, so gave me another deal that was a little better. Pizzas were delicious.

The pizza is serviceable and it is consistent. I used to love Pizza Hut, but now just like it. They are trying to make their pizza healthier by not using as much grease in the crust, but then now it’s not even Pizza Hut anymore. I remember buying pizza hut pizza during school lunch and it was the best experience you could have a kid. No offense, but I don’t want my pizza to be healthy… I want that greasy crust from way back.

The person who helped me with my order in the Drive-Thru was very friendly and my order was finished on time as the site it displayed to be ready. She gave me another article than I ordered. This employee went beyond and beyond by delivering the right article to our house to correct the problem; so we didn't have to pack our children and turn around to get our desserts. Although I wish she had taken the tip we had offered, she said it was her mistake and that she could not accept the tip. The food was amazing, hot and exactly what we expected if not better. Overall, it was a great order form of this site.
