Panda Express - North Riverside

Wow. I don’t know who is running this place but my plate(s) was the worst panda I’ve ever had. First, my plate. 50/50 chow mein super greens. Double orange chicken and 2 chicken egg rolls. First the chow mein was definitely NOT al dente. It was overcooked and somewhat mushy. Second, the super greens were way over cooked. All the greens were mushy. The chicken egg rolls were borderline almost burned. They started to form char. The orange chicken, practically the main reason for pandas success was so spicy. Someone had to have used 2 to 3 times the crushed red pepper. I could stand it at first but halfway I had to give up on the OC. I can forgive a bad side or entree, but a 0-4 on all parts of this plate. Not coming back here.

Poor serviceI was just there and order a bigger plate w three entrees the server didn't put attention of what did I order and started serving something elseI noticed and I told him that it was not what I ordered he fixed it but at the end once I got home and open my box they had gave me the wrong order.I live far to go back and I try calling but they never answered the phone .I was charged for a 3 entree plate and ended with a 2 entree and not what I wanted just because the servers aren't putting attention of what they are doing.

Second time this place takes long to complete orders. Over five people waiting more than 15 minutes and looks so unorganized.Other panda locations haven’t had this problem but definitely never getting panda ever again. $20 for this experience is outrageous.

I’m very disappointed with my orders today. I usually order from this location and never have any issues, however, this time around the fried rice was very OVERCOOKED and tasteless. A complete waste of money.
