Hello Foodies this is Steven in the foodie guy here. The chicken sandwich and the bun was a straight 10 the lettuce and tomatoes were about a nine the chicken itself it was probably about a part of me about a 7:00 good flavor but the reason why you got such a little scores that's pretty sad I'm the customer I'm paying your guys's wages and you cannot let me have mayonnaise or anything on the sandwich I mean I'm just saying or tomatoes I have to get them on the side so I guess customers customers are not always right I guess I mean I don't understand the point of of the situation I just thought you should just put it on there since you guys act like that I probably won't never come back again the other chicken sandwich it's one of the unhealthiest chicken sandwich yeah I'm almost 1700 sodium in that crispy sandwich you guys say you guys have excellent customer service I guess I was not the one to be get chosen to get a good customer service I'm just going to go somewhere else

Got a doordash delivery. My fries were ice cold. I don't think it's the delivery driver's fault. I think that the restaurant put the food out too early or gave me cold food. He was actually pretty quick. Only reason I didn't give them a lower rating is because when I go through the drive thru, everything is usually okay. Maybe that's a lesson to be learned.

Out early and needed breakfast. Placed a mobile pickup order and was promptly served with fresh food and friendly service.

Francesca at the Strongsville location is amazing!!! I had a large catering order and I had even added to the order the day of. They offered a gluten free option that was hot and ready. Francesca was on top of it. She confirmed the order the day of and had everything ready on time for an evening pick up. She was super helpful and friendly and I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to put my mind at ease with such a large order. Chik fil-a offered great customer service an they even helped carry the order to my car. I will definently be back for all my catering needs!!! Chik fil-a, You are lucky to have Francesca on your team as well as all of the amazing team members at the Strongsville location!!!
