Red Lobster - North Royalton

This is one of the best fish restaurants I've been to! I want to thank the staff for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The food quality is outstanding, and I appreciate the chef for preparing such delicious dishes. I wish everyone the very best and highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy fantastic food. The employees have a real talent for customer service; they are creative and excellent at what they do. I wish them all a wonderful and happy life!

After an hour-long wait just for drinks and cookies, we finally received assistance from the staff, who were exceptionally helpful despite our long wait. I'm pleased to say that their efforts impressed us and made up for the delay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that everyone has a great experience!

The staff was great and the food was hot nd delicious.

Food was good. But the portion of food you get for the price you pay is totally dissapointing. But our server Sam was soooooooo Amazing!! She deserves 20 stars!! There was 13 in our group and she handled it like a Pro.

I will give them 5 stars now, but I was there a few times during covid and it was only 3 stars as others have checked. I had a wonderful meal today, everything was to the art and wise as it should be. the restaurant was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. I will come back with the meal I had today. kudos parma red lobster!
