Steak 'n Shake - North Royalton

This steak and shake has always friendly service and fast ride-thru times. eating is always a fixed choice and the price cannot be beaten. we have in the regular small adjustments to our orders and they have never a problem that meets the customer wishes! very pleasant experience around every time. Good food. but bring back the chicken strips! they were the best! and some people don't like bark meat, or sometimes you're just not in the mood for it. there is literally nothing that is not bark meat on the menu is wise, except now.

Food was hot and very good, and fairly quick. One of the better Steak n Shake locations I have been to.Definitely a step above Wendy's or McDonalds, and cheaper too.

Disgusted to see self serve kiosks for dine in orders instead of waitresses. There is zero reason for me to go there anymore, they copy mc donalds and thats it. Disgusting. Pay for waitresses, customers expect to see service

Was at this location and it's new business model. It works. No waitresses, self serve beverages order at kiosk. Food was cooked when ordered an hot when eating. Best fast food in awhile. Would go back.
