When I made the wait staff aware, they offered a replacement and a discount; we were uninterested in another burger but accepted the discount. When we asked for the bill, the wait staff was not aware of our order, had us relist it, but said discount was not on the bill we received and we had to bring the entire issue back up. While I understand that risk is low, and I personally prefer a medium rare burger, Canadian handling codes mandate 71 degrees and my dining partner does not accept that risk and should not be served it without her consent. Disappointing experience for a brand I had heard very good things about.Dietary restrictions: Being served undercooked beef does not respect an individual diners dietary restrictions and risk thresholds.
It's an airport restaurant with a captive audience with prices to match..a tea and a banana $5.00. Well at least the tea was good, sour cherry. Ok range of snacks but pretty heavy on the unhealthy high fat, high sugar end but give the people what they want. Wonder if they ever considered two lines..one drink /snack and the other for food.
They finished their Reno!! Awesome. Much better organization and more seats for people. I like the bar which is the same size. This is one of the best small airport eateries in BC!! Beats out most in Vancouver too actually.
This may have been the most disgusting meal I have ever had. salad had old slimy lettuce pieces in it and chicken was salty. I only ate a few bites and did not feel well after. For a chicken salad, 1 beer , and chicken burger it was $61. Yikes. They need to close this restaurant down and get something good at the Victoria International airport, it’s a joke.
I tried calling to let you know to check your Garden Salads. I just bought one at the airport and the cucumbers are mush.. gone bad, tomatoes dried out.. much of the lettuce on top is bad.
