Sun Hall - North Somerset

Second time we have tried delivery from Sun Hall. The food was more than 20mins late again. The food was slightly warm. Prawn crackers were soft. Cheungs in Yatton (no delivery) is much better.

We had our first meal from Sun Hall recently and were very happy with the standard of food. Tonight we'll be ordering and hope it's as good. Good portion sizes and value for money. Thanks

My family and I have used Sun Hall (both for collection and delivery) a few times and each time we enjoy the food. Visitors we have had have agreed. Always our fist choice for local takeaway food.

Poor first impression when the lass serving kept a queue waiting whilst she had a good chat to her mate on the phone, seemed totally oblivious that we were queuing out of the door. However once we ordered the food came quickly and efficiently and the food we ordered was nice, we had a mushroom fu yung, chicken chow mien and salt and pepper chicken all good! Sort the customer service and the score will rise dramatically!

We have been using Sunhall for several years and until recently they have been very good. Food and service were as good as you get in the area. However today we ordered a takeaway for the family consisting of 7 different items from the menu. Unfortunately the food was terrible, every dish tasted bland at best, and the chowmein yuk sung was barely edible, even the seaweed was horrible. I called sunhall to let them know how bad it was, they tried to blame it on a computer fault and also that they were very busy. They were in fact particularly quiet compared to a normal Thursday evening and what a computer has to do with the food being rubbish is beyond me. I asked them if they had a new chef as there was such a drastic decline in the food. They did eventually own up that they had a relatively new chef, but they still insisted it was because the computer wasn’t working properly. Save your money and go elsewhere.
