Capitano's Pizzeria - North Sydney

We sampled both the thin crust pizza and the pizza cheesecake at this restaurant. The pizzas were okay, but the pizza cake was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were also fantastic.

The employees and owners of this restaurant provide friendly service. The pizza we tried was one of the best we've had outside of Italy. The restaurant is conveniently located near North Sydney train station and a short walk from our hotel. They offer wine by the glass or bottle.

I highly recommend trying the manly pizza with mushrooms and real king prawns at this restaurant. It is delicious and offers excellent value for money. The pizza is authentic Italian and the host and coworkers are very friendly. I ordered takeaway two nights in a row and the restaurant was always busy, so dining in must also be great. I highly recommend this place.

Great food and service. I had pasta and it was made fresh. family business. conveniently located. easy to walk from my hotel.

We were a group of 9 adults 2 babies, arriving in dribs drabs over a 30 minute period. That was no problem with the waiter he was obliging friendly, getting extra chairs, water, wine glasses etc cheerfully. Everyone enjoyed their pizzas...and pasta the salmon avocado pizza was a winner, but all were tasty fresh, and the crusts crispy not too thick. Well done to all the staff the chef. Unfortunately we don't live in Sydney so it may be a while before we visit again but we did recommend Capitanos to our Sydney relatives next day.
