I went bizarre in the clothes of the company, asked for a dead and soned to "to eat in", then a paper bag without sauce was given. while I said I needed to eat so and I was asleep (because I noticed plates and cute) and she said to fall asleep and gave me the bag with sauce. then I sat down and wanted to eat with my hands and then went back to the counter, asked for a teller, knife and fork, and she said, "knee and fork?" she got the picture...exhausting experience, only a torte with sauce to eat...more
They love this small, inconceivable little bakery/terrace with many sweet and hearty spits as well as fresh bread. all are nice and good to sit to enjoy as its rest or take.
They go this all the time, but never really thought to get something. on this day my lunch was simply not satisfactory enough, so here went a tasty bite for the afternoon. so many sorts to choose! cannot pass an apple crumb tart! then also wanted a makkaron, but since they did a deal for 4, I got 4! the apple crumb was ok, was not too sweet, probably taste better when it was heated. the macarons were quite large, so even a decent snack. not bad, but also not overly exciting.
My colleague recommended this place for hot chocolate, but koko black has raised the bar too high. Coffee was pretty good, service is ok. Pastry is very nice, even better than red mango, which is also very nice.. Other colleague was not happy with the price saying a few years ago it was pretty much half price.
St Honore is a cosy and feels very warm inside. My work colleague loves this bakery and introduced me into the delights of vegetarian rolls, little cakes and other little treats. I had a craving for one of their spinach and feta vegetarian rolls. It's got a nice salty bite to it with a bit of crunch. It hit my spot and so that was my lunch for the day! It will cost you a few bucks for a treat. I'll come back to try a few other things.
