The Halfway House - North Thoresby

This restaurant offers excellent food and service in a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend trying the Kangaroo Steak and Beef Burger. Overall rating: 5 stars.

This restaurant offers absolutely amazing steak at a price range of £20-30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5. There is plenty of parking available, including a free parking lot.

Unfortunately, there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. The server, a friendly young lady, provided excellent service and the food was delicious. This visit took place today at lunchtime on Wednesday. Hopefully, more customers will come in for dinner, as it is a pleasant place to dine. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is rated 3.

Went to the half way house for a nice evening meal, however was very disappointed with the whole 2 and a half hours spent in there. We ordered two BBQ pulled pork burgers. They were DRY, NO BBQ and cold. We also ordered two steaks medium. They came out completely rare and unable to cook them on the hot stones given. Then once complained about the steaks and asked them to be cooked in the kitchen was told it was are own fault as are waiter didn’t hear us say medium. The steak again came bad rare and in the end after everyone else had finished the meals, I requested the steak to be taken off the bill. The food was disgusting overall and the manager was rude.
