Contribuisci feedbackThis was a typical chain restaurant experience. To start, the app only accepted half of our order. When we ordered at the cash register, only one incorrect meal was brought to our table. Eventually, the incorrect meal was taken back and replaced with the correct order, but the chicken in one of the meals was dry and overcooked. On the positive side, the staff was very pleasant and the food was somewhat tasty. However, the overall experience and quality of the food did not justify the price.
I recently went to Nando's on a rainy winter afternoon, and unfortunately, this will be my final visit. The restaurant was dirty and in need of updating, with ripped chairs and sofas, food scraps littering the floor. Additionally, the food was only lukewarm when it was served.
Both of the managers were fantastic. One of them was incredibly helpful with handling complex allergies, while the other was delightfully attentive, along with the rest of the staff, in interacting with our toddler. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable family experience.
Was busy and had a virtual queuing system you have to use a QR code to queue When your taken to your table have to use another QR code to order your food and drinks. But if you're on a big party and want to have eat out discount you have to order separately meaning can take a long time to order . The menu is very good and my kids love it . bottomless drinks Still available just the staff bring it to you every time you want to refill .
Service was good. Quickly seated Ordered and then food arrived. Food was lovely and all mains and starters were presented well.
