The Walls End - North Tyneside

Our group of 17 or 18 had a great night at the restaurant. The service was slow, but we understood the challenges faced during these difficult times. The food ranged from okay to very good, with some dishes being more satisfying than others. Although my dish had a thick crust with not much filling, the taste was still enjoyable. Prices were reasonable but could be improved for better value. The wait time for our meals was quite long, with some of us finished before others were served. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant evening overall and appreciated the efficient and helpful staff on a busy night.

We have been to Wallend several times and enjoyed many delicious meals, although there were a few occasions where we had to send our food back. On a recent Saturday afternoon visit, we were impressed by the new menu and the quality of the drinks. We ordered a cheeseburger and a vegan burger, but noticed that the knife provided had some food residue on it. Fortunately, we didn't end up using it. However, we were disappointed to find that the fries on both burger plates were cold.
