I placed a catering order at the North Vancouver branch. I sent three emails and then went into the restaurant to confirm how to place orders for $650. However, I had not received any confirmation.

Ordered vegetarian lasagna and it was not good. I have no idea why I am giving even 2 stars maybe because the lady who gave me my order was nice. This lasagna had nothing but sauce in it. Just too much sauce. I could barely see any pasta (had to dig in find the pasta in it). Cheese coating was good but it is like cheese over tomato soup. Also when I ordered for takeout over the phone, the lady wasn’t very pleasant. I asked her whats in the lasagna she said “idk because i don’t cook it”. I am not offended and the tone wasn’t very rude but just felt like she should have known or maybe responded in a better way. Its a good restaurant I am sure other items would be good but you guys need to work on this lasagna. 18$ worth cheese over soup isn’t worth it.

This is a restaurant my family and I have been getting take out for years. Last night we ordered or regular pizza and pasta dishes for take out. As we were eating the pizza I bit into a hair baked into the pizza (see images). When we called to discuss the issue with staff they asked us to bring the pizza with the hair baked into it as evidence. What kind of customer service is this? We have a young daughter at home and we’re expected to go back to show evidence, as if they didn’t believe us. We will not be eating here again after this incident.
