Got double charged, they’re scamming. They didn’t give me a receipt they know what they’re doing don’t trust these

A&W has always been our go to for family breakfast place during family trips. This experience has changed this for us forever. We ordered two combos and two hash browns and two sausage eggers. What we got was two plain muffin top instead the sandwiches. We never got the hash brown we paid for. We only found out after we drove back to the hotel. When we called them, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and for charging us for products they didn’t even give us. We provided them the order number so they could work on coaching their staff, the person that answered the phone did not care at all. Worst experience ever in fast food.

This morning, Monday 20 Sept. I got changed double, 14.00 for breakfast, with 2 burn toast, no eggs and a fuuuiuuvk cold coffee, I didn’t notice, until I I was ready to eat.

I have been at this location many times now and complained about the dining area temperature- one cant enjoy a meal as it is too cool. You have to wear your coat. I complained to the manager and he actually said that if he turns the heat up then it becomes too hot in the kitchen. Do the decision from that is clearly let the patrons be uncomfortable in a cold environment! I have left comments as well for head office and no reply!!!! Better to eat in your car!

We got a special offer of a Teen Burger for CDN3.50. It was freshly cooked and delicious. The sweet potato fries were great too.
