As a customer and a food delivery driver, I used to enjoy the service and food at Rice and Noodle. However, lately I have noticed a decline in quality. As a customer, I have some concerns but speaking for the delivery drivers, the service was amazing 1-2 years ago. It seems that the current staff members lack care and attention. I wanted to bring this to the attention of the Management. I understand that the staff may be busy during peak hours, but it is important to find a solution rather than overworking the employees. I hope this issue is taken seriously.

I have tried the pad Thai three times now and each time it keeps improving. The wok hei flavor is just right. It is a bit spicy, even the medium option has quite a kick. Overall, the pad Thai is amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more.

For example, the pineapple fried rice with chicken is priced at $12.68 in-store, but I was charged $18.38 for ordering online. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered, which is why I resorted to ordering online. If I had known about the price difference beforehand, I would have ordered in-store even while at work. Additionally, I decided to skip the spring rolls as $4.25 for 2 rolls seemed overly expensive for a takeout order. Despite the tasty and fresh food, I couldn't fully enjoy my meal as I felt like I had been overcharged.
